The Strategy Execution Assessment
Most CEOs don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem. This assessment tells you which one you have, and where it lives.
What the assessment measures
The Strategy Execution Assessment is a free 10-question assessment from Rhythm Systems that scores how well your company executes strategy across Think, Plan, and Do, then places you in one of four execution tiers.
The questions map to the three rhythms of Think Plan Do. Think: does the company have a clear long-term direction and real strategic bets, or does strategy live in the CEO's head? Plan: does the annual plan become quarterly priorities with real success criteria? Do: does the team adjust weekly, or find out at the end of the quarter how it went?
The four execution tiers
The Strategy Execution Assessment places every company in one of four execution tiers, from Reactive at the low end to Elite at the top:
- Reactive: running week to week on urgency, not priorities.
- Aspirational: plans get made, then momentum fades.
- Disciplined: a real cadence is in place and execution is mostly predictable.
- Elite: strategy, quarterly plans, and weekly execution are one connected system.
Which one are you? The 10 questions will tell you.
