Client Services Coordinator

As Client Services Coordinator, you will use your strong organizational, administrative, technical, and communication skills to support our consulting team in a way that maximizes productivity and ensures the best possible experience for the client.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for welcoming and setting up new clients by providing a positive first impression from the consulting team, gathering information, setting up client accounts, adding client information to all internal systems, and communicating and managing logistics for all client sessions.
  • Provide Consulting Team support by managing internal team processes, identifying ways to maximize the team’s overall productivity, and filling in on client calls as needed.
  • Evaluate and ensure a great client experience during every touch point and find ways to help our clients feel appreciated, supported, and connected.
  • Participate in client training and software support calls as needed.
  • Manage and support the company office by ordering supplies, managing mail, fulfilling shipping, calling for building and equipment support, managing company calendar, preparing for company meetings, and creating materials to support the company culture.
  • Support the CEO by coordinating schedules, managing the calendar, and scheduling client calls.
  • Enthusiastically contribute to the growth of the company by accepting other responsibilities as needed.

In order to be successful in this role, you MUST have:

  • A spirit of hospitality & service with a strong desire to go the 2 nd mile to assist clients and team mates
  • Strong organization & time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects & interruptions, assessing urgency and prioritizing needs
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • The ability to quickly learn, simplify, adopt and teach new software applications and complex concepts, including Rhythm methodology, software, products, and processes
  • Experience using web-based software systems. (i.e. HubSpot, Zoom, Google Suite, Pendo, etc.)
  • The ability to create and improve standard processes and anticipate steps needed to achieve success

Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for an “A” player that is analytical, personable and coachable that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

This position is focused on helping optimize leads and outreach to increase the sale of Rhythm software and services to new clients.

Rhythm Systems has built a strong coordinated lead generation program between sales and marketing. Our success has lead to more volume than we can handle.

You will help prioritize, qualify and organize leads using Hubspot sales and marketing software platform, follow up with relevant information via email and phone outreach, research clients, develop proposals and schedule client calls/demos. Using LinkedIn and other online sources you will support the sales team in identifying and connecting with new prospects as well as nurturing of active sales opportunities. You’ll be in charge of analyzing data and providing relevant insights to management to maximize revenue growth and help us make data-driven decisions. This unique opportunity is positioned within the sales team, and sits at the intersection of sales and marketing operations. What makes this position unique is that you will get lots of coaching from the Head of Sales (who previously worked at Oracle and Price Waterhouse) and Head of Digital Marketing (who previously worked for PR Newswire). Think of it as a practical MBA. If you succeed, there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Your Day to Day Involves:

  • Create and maintain metrics reports on Marketing and Sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact. Ensuring the integrity of data in Hubspot and monitoring all leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts as appropriate
  • Research potential customers and high growth industries
  • Coordinate and support preparations for client meetings
  • Schedule calls/demos with prospects
  • Coordinate and support sales events and conferences
  • Assist with special projects as required

Business Development Representative

We have a great base of clients that refer us. We love them and they love us. This position is focused on helping add new clients via the sale of Rhythm software and services through lead qualification, email outreach, client research, scheduling and doing client calls/demos and follow up communications.

This is a great entry level opportunity for someone that wants to start their career in sales. What makes this position unique is that you will be getting lots of coaching from Head of Sales (who previously worked at Oracle and Price Waterhouse).

You will be starting your career calling on potential clients to set up appointments as well as learning sales operations. As your skills progress, there are lots of opportunities for advancement.
