Performance Reviews in My Rhythm

Use My Rhythm to complete your Performance Review quickly and effectively

How to Complete Your Self-Evaluation in My Rhythm 

 

  1. From the Home screen of My Rhythm, click your profile icon in the top left corner. Then, select Performance Management.
  2. You will land on the Job Scorecards screen. At the top of this screen, select the Performance Reviews tab.
  3. Click into your Active Review and select Begin Evaluation to begin. 
  4. Work through each page of the Review, giving yourself a Rating and a Comment in each area.

    If your review includes Desired Results Goals, the system will automatically import your most recent color status, but you can change it as you see fit.
  5. Continue to the next page by clicking the forward arrow in the bottom right corner.
  6. If your review includes the Individual Growth Plan step, record any ideas or potential goals you have regarding your future growth and development. 
  7. If you need to edit a rating or comment on a previous page, simply click the back arrow at the bottom right to return to that page. 
  8. When you feel confident in your responses, click Finish, then click Yes. Keep in mind that once you click Yes, you will no longer be able to edit your Self Evaluation, and it will become visible to your Reviewer(s).
  9. Once your Reviewer has finished evaluating your performance, either of you can create a Review Meeting by clicking Add New Meeting at the bottom of the Review. 

Tip: If you need to finish your review later, select Save in the bottom left corner. This will preserve your progress and allow you to exit the Review and resume later.

How to Access the Review Meeting and Complete the Final Review

 

  1. To access your Review Meeting, click into the Performance Review, and scroll down until you see Review Meetings. Then, click into the Meeting.
  2. You will land on the Performance Review tab, where you can see your Review with your Reviewer's Ratings and Comments. Collapse the items at the top of the screen using the carets Screenshot 2024-04-29 at 11.58.53 AM to expand the Review. 
  3. To conduct the meeting, select the Agenda tab and walk through each item. 
  4. When you reach the Review Report item, you and your Reviewer can decide on and enter final Ratings and Comments together.
  5. When you have worked through every item on the Agenda, click the Completed checkbox. Your Performance Review is now complete!

NOTE: Only the Reviewer can submit the final review. Once it has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
