Why Prepare for Weekly Meetings?

We recommend preparing for your weekly team meeting by having a "Weekly Meeting with Yourself." The Weekly Meeting with Yourself is critical to ensure you are making the right adjustments as you execute with purpose each week to achieve your goals for a successful quarter.

Benjamin Franklin once said, "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail."

The meeting with yourself is the single most important thing you can do to ensure you have a productive and purposeful week.

How to Prepare for Weekly Meetings

These meetings with yourself typically take about 15-30 minutes.

They should happen the day before your weekly meeting with your team. You should take time to review the week that just ended and prepare for a great week ahead.

In this time you will:

  1. Reflect on your progress on your goals, and update your status on KPIs and Priorities
  2. Review your Tasks
  3. Plan your week ahead with your Week In Sync note
  4. Review your teammates' dashboards and comments
  5. Log any Client/Employee Feedback to share with the team

Tip: Use the Home screen and follow the tabs to Update Goals, Manage Tasks, and Plan your Week. Be sure you are looking at the Flat list view so you don't miss any goals.
