We know you have a lot of applications in your tech stack; each department needs their own power tool to do the work. But, you need one place to get the accurate high-level view without getting lost in the weeds. Rhythm is that place, and our robust suite of Integrations will help you get the data you need without wasting time on manual or double entry. 

Integrations available to everyone

These integrations are available to anyone using Rhythm at no additional cost. Individual users can choose to authenticate and use these integrations anytime.

Want to build integrations yourself? Great! If you have engineering resources, you can use our API Documentation to build your own integrations.

Do It Myself with No/Low-Code Tools

If you don't have extra engineers available, you can connect to thousands of applications with our Zapier and Workato connectors!

If your company is already using one of the following platforms to integrate your tech stack, you can connect Rhythm apps with your existing account. We don't charge any additional fees for this approach, but you'll likely need to sign up for paid accounts with one of these providers to go this route. 

Zapier 

Connect to Rhythm to update KPI and Priority values from your spreadsheets or other systems in Zapier’s extensive library

Workato 

Use our brand new powerful Workato connector to do just about anything you can imagine:

  • Create new Goals and/or Tasks in Rhythm when you add them in another system
  • Create new Projects, Folders, Issues or Tasks in other systems when you add Goals or Tasks in Rhythm
  • Share Comments on Rhythm goals or teams in your Slack channel
  • Update status of KPIs or Priorities in Rhythm based on data in your other systems

Custom Setup - We do it for you!

If you’re not the do-it yourself type or don’t have access to these connectors, our team is happy to set up custom integrations for you. We’ll get to know your specific business needs and design the right solution to save your team time and ensure the accuracy of your data.

This approach entails a set up fee and a small ongoing transactional fee to maintain the integration. Depending on the complexity of the project, pricing varies.

Salesforce: Pull numbers from a Salesforce report into Rhythm KPIs each week

Slack: Post comments on a specific channel or thread

Project Management tools (Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, Jira): Create new objects (Folders, Projects, Tasks, Issues, etc) automatically from Rhythm goals and tasks

Rhythm Integration FAQs

What can the Rhythm Integration APIs do?
  • Update Goal Status: You can update the Status Color, Projected, Actual, Variance, and Comments information on any KPI, Winning Move, Annual Prioritiy, or Quarter Priority.
  • Create/Edit Goals: You can create new or edit existing KPIs, Quarter Priorities, Annual Priorities, and Winning Moves in Rhythm from other applications.
  • Create/Edit Tasks: You can also create new or edit existing Tasks from other applications.
  • Watch for new/updated Goals, Tasks, Comments: You can use our APIs to get updates from Rhythm to your other applications.
What systems does it work with?
  • Our APIs will work with any online system has API endpoints available.
  • They can be utilized with Zapier, Workato, or you can write custom code to integrate directly with other applications.
How does pricing work?
  • You can use our APIs with Zapier or Workato or write their own custom code as part of a paid Rhythm software subscription.
  • Our team can also set up and maintain integrations for you for an additional charge (typically an upfront fee and a small monthly transactional fee based on the specifics you need.)
