A client recently shared how amazingly well the daily question worked for them.  Their daily question this quarter is "How do I show my customers I care?"  One of their customer reps had to visit a client that he did not particularly enjoy servicing.  Do you happen to have any of those?  Clients that for whatever reason you do not enjoy servicing?  Anyway, this time was a little different.  This time he was thinking about his daily question "how do I show her I care?"

He decided to make a special effort to make her happy and brought a gift along.  Turns out the gift made his customer's day!  Turns out she was able to give the gift to a little girl who was having a bad day.  Turned her bad day into a good day, which in turn brightened his client's day.  She thanked him profusely which of course brightened his day!
So it worked!  The Daily Question started a chain of events that brought success to everyone from the little girl to the customer and the service rep.

What's your Daily Question?  Are you using it to brighten anyone's day?
